Title I of the ADA, and the 2008 ADA Amendments
On March 25, 2011, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) issued the final regulations to implement the ADA Amendments Act of 2008. The EEOC also posted several documents on their website to provide guidance on the final regulations.
