ADA-Indiana maintains a resource page on COVID-19 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (the ADA). Topics and resources include vaccinations, employment, face coverings, and issues related to "Long COVID" (also referred "Long-Haul COVID"). Many of the resources have been collected from the ADA National Network, federal agencies, and Indiana-specific organizations.
In March, the U.S. Department of Education released a "Dear Educators and Parents" letter on stopping the mitigation of COVID-19 in schools, available: https://www2.ed.gov/documents/coronavirus/letter-to-educators-and-parents-regarding-new-cdc-recommendations-03-24-2022.pdf
In March, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission released a guidance document, "The COVID-19 Pandemic and Caregiver Discrimination Under Federal Employment Discrimination Laws."
