ADA Live Radio: Living with a Disability: Four People Share their Stories
ADA Live! (WADA) is a free monthly show broadcast nationally on the Internet hosted by the Southeast ADA Center.
From the Southeast ADA Center:
Twenty-six percent of the U.S. population live each day with a disability. We believe that disability, and the differences people with disabilities bring to the fabric of our culture, should be celebrated and embraced. People with disabilities have the same needs, desires, and talents as anyone and should have equal access to a full life.
On this episode of ADA Live!, Karen Hamilton with Community Enterprises in Archdale, North Carolina, speaks with a group of people about living life with Cerebral Palsy (CP), Intellectual/Development Disability (ID/DD), Muscular Dystrophy (MD), and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).

Webinar: The ADA and Religious Institutions
This is a free webinar offered through the Great Lakes ADA Center on behalf of the ADA National Network.
From Great Lakes ADA Center:
Religious organizations are largely exempt from the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). But what about places of public accommodation or programs that are controlled by these entities? What does this mean for religious entities that operate schools? Are employees of religious organizations covered by the employment provisions of the ADA? If the ADA does not apply to these entities, can states then require them to comply with their accessibility standards? Attorney Vinh Nguyen from the Southwest ADA Center will address these topics and other issues.
